TikSave provides a free, browser-based tool for downloading publicly available TikTok videos, audio, photo slideshows and stories. No account or payment is required.

2. Acceptable use

• Only download content you own or are authorized to use. You are solely responsible for complying with copyright law and TikTok's terms of service.
• Do not use this tool to harass, impersonate, stalk, or redistribute other people's content without permission.
• Do not attempt to disrupt the service — no scraping at abusive rates, no circumventing rate limits.

3. Intellectual property

All videos, music and images belong to their respective creators and rights holders. Downloading does not transfer any ownership or license to you. Always credit creators when reusing content with permission.

4. No warranty

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every TikTok link type, or that any particular download will succeed — TikTok may change its platform at any time.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TikSave is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of the service, including issues caused by third-party providers or TikTok itself.

6. Fair use & rate limits

Bulk mode is limited to 20 links per batch. We may throttle or block abusive usage to keep the service fast for everyone.

7. Changes

We may update these terms at any time; continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
