DMCA & Disclaimer Policy

Last updated: October 2026

1. Disclaimer of affiliation

TikSave is an independent utility. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok or ByteDance Ltd. TikTok and all related marks are trademarks of their respective owners.

2. We host nothing

TikSave does not host, store, or cache any video, audio, or image file. When you download, the file is transferred directly from TikTok's public servers to your device at that moment.

3. Your responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to download and reuse any content you save with this tool. Downloading someone else's work and re-uploading it without permission may infringe copyright.

4. DMCA takedown notices

If you are a copyright holder (or authorized agent) and believe material accessible through this tool infringes your rights, send a notice containing:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
  2. The TikTok URL(s) involved.
  3. Your full name, address, phone number and email address.
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the rights holder.
  5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and you are authorized to act.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Send notices via the Contact page (choose "Copyright / DMCA" as the topic). Valid notices are reviewed promptly; because we host no files, remedy generally means blocking the tool from resolving the reported URLs where technically feasible.

5. Counter-notices

If you believe a URL was blocked in error, you may send a counter-notice with your contact details, identification of the material, and consent to jurisdiction. We will review it in good faith.

6. Repeat concerns

Accounts or IP addresses repeatedly associated with valid infringement complaints may be rate-limited or blocked from the service.
